Ben was our sales representative, and I can't say enough good things about him and the entire team at Granger. From the very beginning, they were upfront and honest about everything, including the pricing and all the additional costs. There were no surprises or hidden fees, and they took the time to make sure we understood everything throughout the process.
We actually had financing lined up through our own bank, but at the last minute, the bank decided they were no longer going to offer single-close construction loans. What could have turned into a complete nightmare was handled without missing a beat. Ben immediately stepped in, helped us find another financing option, and made sure we were able to get the deal done. He went above and beyond, and that meant a lot to us.
I also want to recognize Shauna, who handled our closing. She was extremely thorough with all the closing documents and took the time to go through everything, breaking it down and explaining it so we knew exactly what we were signing. We never felt rushed or pressured.
Before deciding on Granger, we looked at other mobile home dealers, and not only did Granger have the lowest prices out of the places we looked at, but their customer service was also second to none.
